A specialist in the UK student accommodation sector, Andy has a proven track record in developing, enhancing, and financing high-performing assets. He has raised significant equity and debt, leveraging his deep expertise in structured finance to drive complex projects to successful outcomes.

Andy’s contributions to the real estate sector have earned him prestigious accolades, including the RICS Social Impact Developer of the Year, Federation of Master Builders Construction Excellence Award, and the Belfast Telegraph Developer of the Year.
He is a strategic leader with international experience, having established and managed operations and developments across the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East, with a focus on Portugal, Ireland, California, and New York. Andy also serves on the board of a UK Business Improvement and Development (BID) initiative, collaborating with local governments to foster business growth and enhance stakeholder experiences.
